Payments and fees
AppsTorreón charges 0% on the business's sales. Processing fees are charged directly by the selected gateway.
0% commission per sale.
3.6% + $3 MXN + VAT per successful domestic transaction. Includes card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
They run through Stripe. Apple and Google do not charge an additional fee and AppsTorreón does not add a commission.
Public rate for digital payments: 3.6% + VAT per successful sale. Available subject to technical compatibility.
Tracking and deliveries
Delivery Go supports deliveries with in-house couriers, compatible logistics providers or a mixed model. The principle is that the end customer can track the order from the business's official app.
Includes a private Courier Portal to view assigned deliveries, check address, open navigation, update statuses and share location during an active delivery.
If the business has no couriers, a compatible logistics provider can be connected by city and tracking can appear inside the app when the integration allows it.
The business can combine own couriers and external providers according to availability, demand, zone or schedule.
AppsTorreón charges no commission on the business's sales. Payment gateway commissions, delivery fees, logistics services and other external consumption are charged by the corresponding provider and are not part of the Delivery Go price or the operation fee.
