  • • First response: within 1 business day.
  • • Coverage: questions and incidents related to functions included in the contracted scope.
  • • Requests: no numeric limit during the 90 natural-day warranty, provided they are covered incidents.
  • • Not included: new functions, approved design changes, content loading, additional training, permanent maintenance or out-of-scope work.

Annex E. Data Processing and Access
